Target Company Profile

  1. Large public multinational companies beholden to public opinion and issues of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

  2. Companies with large institutional investors/asset managers shareholders who are unhappy with the current direction and have their own ESG policies which are not being fulfilled by the firm's current policy (i.e. Engine No. 1 campaign).

  3. Companies whose share prices are underperforming against the competition and where shareholder sentiment is that a change of course needs to be made
